REFUND POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase from The Water Depot, so before making your decision, please consult with our expert team to make sure you’re getting the right product to suit your needs.

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, The Water Depot will offer you a refund or exchange. You will be liable for the original delivery fee, as well as a collection fee and the new delivery fee for all exchanged products. All goods must be in their original packaging, and you may be subject to a re-packaging / restocking fee of 25%. The item must be in a re-sellable condition. You must specify in writing your intent to exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. The Water Depot reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange if the item is not in a saleable condition or if the item no longer conforms to the Australian Standards in which the product was sold as.

Whilst we only sell the best products and don’t expect you to have any issues, we encourage you to test your product within 7 days of receipt so we can remedy any faults. If you think your purchase is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

We also recommending contacting the manufacturer or consulting their website for technical advice. There are often videos, FAQ’s, hints and tips for installation and getting the best out of your product!
