Davey Microlene Poly Pleated Carbon Filter Cartridge – PPAC10

The PPAC series of Pleated Polyester Powdered Activated Carbon cartridges are constructed totally of FDA grade materials. They have combination sediment and chlorine reduction capabilities. This unique construction of the PPAC series means that it has a large filtration area and can handle higher flow rates than other carbon cartridges – but, because of the limited quantity of carbon present in the media, it is not recommended for removal of organics, pesticides or THMs. PPAC series cartridges are excellent polishing filters, closed loop streams and are ideal for post reverse osmosis applications. These cartridges are for cold water use.
Applications PPAC cartridges are recommended for use when sediment removal is desired to be combined with taste and odour reduction.
